About the role
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team to provide patient care. Serve as a resource and point person for communication, education, and clarification of policies, procedures, and standards relating to nursing practice and care.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and educate the nursing team regarding the skilled care process.
- Provide instruction and guidance on clinical issues.
- Perform duties of a nurse, including IV therapy, administering tube feedings, and chest tubings, as needed.
- Supervise the nursing team, assign tasks, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Nursing State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- CPR-BLS certification.
- High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
- Team player with a dedication to supporting team members and getting the job done.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.

Pay
Negotiable wages based on years of certification and experience. Yearly wage increases.
Schedule
Midnights / Overnight Shifts, 10hr shifts, Monday - Thursday schedule.
