Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Manage daily operations and ensure patient care quality
• Collaborate with other departments to improve resident and staff satisfaction

Qualifications

• PA RN License
• Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN role
• Previous supervisor experience
