RN Supervisor PT weekend shifts
About the role
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor to lead their weekend nursing team. This position is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who can guide staff, support residents and families, and maintain high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily operations on the unit
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Support and mentor nursing staff, especially newer team members
- Maintain proper medical supply levels for the unit
- Report updates and represent the unit to facility leadership
- Help maintain strong standards of care across the department
Requirements
- Active RN License
- 2+ years of Long-Term Care experience
- 1+ year of Unit Manager or supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
