RN Supervisor- Night Shift WOW - Work on Weekends Program
About the role
As an RN Supervisor at CKV, you will supervise and manage the activities of the nursing team members on the assigned shift. You will complete nursing rounds daily to evaluate the status of critically ill residents, new admissions and/or transfers. You will review the daily 24 hour report and collaborate with team members to ensure residents' physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. You will communicate educational needs to the RN Coordinator and coordinate with other professional team members within the Healthcare Center to assess and provide emergency medical care to CKV villagers in absence of the Residential Health Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the activities of the nursing team members on the assigned shift.
- Complete nursing rounds daily to evaluate the status of critically ill residents, new admissions and/or transfers.
- Review the daily 24 hour report and collaborating with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
- Communicate educational needs to the RN Coordinator.
- Cookordination with other professional team members within the Healthcare Center to assess and provide emergency medical care to CKV villagers in absence of the Residential Health Nurse.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5 years professional clinical and progressive management experience.
- Continuing education aligned with state and federal regulations.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- CPR competency.
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Must have a current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work 24 hours each weekend - Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Get paid for 6 bonus hours → 30 paid hours weekly.
