Responsibilities
- Administering treatments and documentation
- Completing assessments to determine the resident’s needs
- Counseling patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
- Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
- Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
- Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
Qualifications
- Must have an active/valid LPN/RN license in the state of NJ
- RN/LPN experience in LTC setting
- Supervisory experience
- Point Click Care experience
