Responsibilities
- Developing and updating nursing policies and procedures
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet Resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to Residents and families
- Responding to Residents and staff inquiries with accurate information
- Ensuring a safe, clean environment by following protocols
- Protecting Resident confidentiality and maintaining proper documentation
- Managing nursing supplies inventory and other related duties
Qualifications
- Valid RN license required
- BSN preferred
- Experience in Long-Term Care
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
