About the role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift), you will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
• Developing and implementing effective care plans for patients with complex needs
• Making adjustments to care plans based on patient outcomes
• Managing the flow of patients and staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborating with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing education and training to staff members to enhance skills and competencies

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
• Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
