About the role
The RN-Nursing Supervisor- Evening Shift is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring patient care quality, and managing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure all patients receive high-quality care according to established protocols.
- Manage shift operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with healthcare information systems.
