Duties
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
- Schedule and assign nursing staff
- Provide support to Residents and their families
- Answer questions and requests from Residents and Staff
- Follow procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Monitor confidential information processing to maintain Resident confidence
- Audit Resident and department records to maintain documentation of care services
- Manage nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Must hold valid RN License
- BSN preferred
- Long-Term Care Experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player
