RN Supervisor-Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations
• Function as floor nurse as needed
• Supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives
• Maintain regular weekend attendance
• Meet all local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and work cooperatively with other employees

Requirements

• Current RN license in State
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred
