About the Role
The RN Supervisor provides nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Leadership and supervisory ability, with willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
