Opportunities Available: Weekday Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Full-Time
Friday Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Full-Time
PRN (Per Diem) – All Shifts Available
Position Summary
Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Respond to resident and family concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with staff scheduling and coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state
- Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
