Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Supervisor Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care and departmental operations. Position Overview Qualifications include: Graduation from an accredited Nursing programCurrent RN licensure in the state or within a compact licensure areaBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM as required by the unitMinimum of 2 years' patient care experience; supervisor experience preferredBachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Key Responsibilities Include Providing leadership in patient care delivery and departmental coordinationServing as a clinical resource and performing staff nurse duties as neededAssuming managerial duties delegated by leadership Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
