RN - Cardiac Telemetry - Full Time - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry, Night Shift Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care for cardiac and telemetry patientsMonitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to patient condition changesAdministering medications and treatments as orderedCollaborating with interdisciplinary teamsEducating patients and families on cardiac healthMaintaining accurate documentation Unit details: 35-bed cardiac telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, supported by PCAs. Qualifications: Active RN license (Missouri or compact), BLS and ACLS certifications (within 30 days), ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred: experience in telemetry, cardiac, or critical care nursing, strong clinical judgment.
