RN Supervisor (3-11)

AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your assigned shift. Supervision must align with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as facility requirements, to ensure the highest degree of quality care. The Nurse Supervisor is delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for carrying out assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Ensure compliance with facility guidelines and regulations to maintain quality care.
• Fulfill administrative duties and responsibilities as delegated.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
