Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the clinical team for short term and long term residents
- Provide excellent clinical care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Work as a team player with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Manage multiple tasks and demonstrate a willingness to assist others
Requirements
- Strong clinical and supervisory skills
- Previous long-term care experience
- Strong attention to detail
