Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluating care effectiveness and coordinating patient services across departments.

• Participating in an RN Residency Program with hands-on training, mentorship, and structured learning.
• Developing clinical judgment, critical thinking, and confidence through real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; prior hospital experience helpful but not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending.
