Supports career development through a Step-Down to ICU Career Path Program, gaining specialized skills and preparing for ICU transfer within 12-18 months.
Responsibilities

- Build clinical knowledge, critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
- Develop core nursing skills and expand expertise in chosen specialty areas.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Maintains current RN licensure in the appropriate state or jurisdiction.
- Possesses or acquires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit needs.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform related physical tasks.
