Join a dedicated Critical Care Stepdown nursing team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care for intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Perform accurate hand-offs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor complex patient conditions.
• Support patient recovery while actively participating in unit-based quality initiatives and shared governance activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN; BSN preferred).
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license.
• BLS certification (required); ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, or related certifications (preferred).
