Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices.
• Perform accurate hand-offs, bedside shift reporting, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor complex conditions, and support patient recovery.
• Participate in unit huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and shared governance activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN); BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN or compact license.
• Required: BLS; preferred: ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, or related certifications.
