RN - Step Down/Telemetry Nurse - Days

Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Days, 7:00am-7:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Provide specialized cardiac telemetry care to patients in a step-down settingMonitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changesCollaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plansEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocolsMaintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing; if only an Associate Degree, must complete a Bachelor’s within five yearsMinimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient settingCurrent Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within one year of employment Key Attributes Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCommitment to ongoing professional development
