Job Title: RN - Cardiac Telemetry 2&8 - Step Down Unit Role Summary: Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients in a step-down setting, ensuring quality patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities Monitor and assess cardiac patients, utilizing telemetry equipment.Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an inpatient setting.Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required, with a pathway to Bachelor's if applicable.Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, ACLS, and NIHSS certification within one year of employment.
