Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of patient conditions and communicates them as necessary.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care teams.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders within the scope of the job.
• Affirms and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be capable of working in a high-stress environment.
• Fulfills Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
