Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions.
• Coordinates care among various healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Carries out and communicates physician and nursing orders effectively.
• Assesses and manages patient discharge planning needs collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Applies critical thinking, decisive judgment, and works independently within the scope of the job.
• Operates in a high-stress environment and maintains professionalism.
• Follows Standard Precautions and uses personal protective equipment as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care settings.
• May require floating to other sites within the same skill set or within 40 miles if needed.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) clearance may be required.
