Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of patient conditions and communicates them as necessary.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care teams.
• Carries out and follows physician and nursing orders.
• Affirms and coordinates discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision.
• Capable of working in a stressful environment.
• Follows Standard Precautions and uses personal protective equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience.
• May require floating to onsite positions or nearby sites within the skill set.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) clearance may be required.
