Qualifications and Skills: At least one year of nursing experience, with specific department credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card (within 12 months), and certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable. Additional requirements involve obtaining certifications in fetal monitoring for L&D nurses and completing RN Fellowship Program with necessary certifications. Newly licensed RNs have six months to acquire ACLS and PALS. Key duties include: Administering specialized treatments, ensuring compliance with certification standards, working effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining patient safety and care quality.
