We are seeking a dedicated RN with a minimum of one year of nursing experience to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Include Applying critical thinking and effective communication skills to deliver safe and efficient care.Working independently with minimal supervision, especially in stressful situations, and taking appropriate decisive actions.Meeting department-specific credential requirements such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certification, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, depending on the clinical area.Obtaining certifications within designated timeframes if coming from a non-qualified background, including PALS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring for L&D RNs.Participating in RN Fellowship Program, which requires one year of independent practice and certifications like ACLS and BLS.Adhering to mandatory education and certification requirements to ensure compliance and optimal patient care. Qualifications And Skills Critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and ability to work under stress.Relevant certifications and credentials as specified by department standards.Ability to obtain additional certifications within specified timeframes if needed.
