RN - Specialty II

Seeking a dedicated nurse with at least one year of nursing experience to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment, with the ability to work independently and handle stressful situations. Department-specific certifications are mandatory, including ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration, and APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months for pediatric oncology cases. Additional required credentials include ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialized areas; PALS for most pediatric units, with a 30-day window for non-pediatric RNs; and NRP for NICU, also with a 30-day period for non-NICU RNs. RNs in Labor & Delivery must complete Fetal Monitoring certification prior to completing orientation. Newly licensed RNs need to obtain ACLS and PALS within six months.
