RN - Specialty II

Seeking a registered nurse with at least one year of nursing experience to provide critical patient care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include applying critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to deliver safe and quality care, often in high-stress situations with minimal supervision. Qualifications include department-specific credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration, APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months if applicable, and ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, and other specialized units. Additional certifications required are PALS for pediatric areas (30 days to obtain if coming from non-pediatric background), NRP for NICU, and Fetal Monitoring certification for L&D staff. Newly licensed RNs need to obtain ACLS and PALS within six months. Eligible candidates may participate in an RN Fellowship Program, which requires one year of independent practice and certifications like ACLS and BLS.
