RN - Specialty II

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least one year of nursing experience to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Include Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrating critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment. Ensuring compliance with department-specific credentials and certifications. Administering chemotherapy (must hold ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate and APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card within 12 months if applicable). Maintaining necessary certifications such as ACLS (required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas), PALS (for pediatric areas), and NRP (for NICU). Completing Fetal Monitoring certification prior to job completion if applicable. For RN fellowship specialties, possessing one year of RN experience; newly licensed RNs must obtain ACLS and PALS within six months. Qualifications & Skills Critical thinking and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently in stressful situations. Relevant certifications as specified, depending on clinical area.
