Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least one year of nursing experience to provide critical patient care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Utilize critical thinking, effective communication, and decisive judgment to deliver high-quality care.Work independently in stressful situations, taking appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and well-being.Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy within a pediatric or oncology setting, requiring specific certifications such as ONCC and APHON.Provide care in specialized units including ICU, ED, PACU, Endoscopy, Telemetry, OB, Mental Health, and Pediatric areas, adhering to certification requirements like ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable.Complete mandatory certifications, including fetal monitoring and specialty-specific credentials, within designated timeframes if transitioning from other units or backgrounds.Participate in a fellowship program requiring one year of independent practice, with additional certifications such as ACLS and BLS.
