Role Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns duties with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure
- BLS certification (or completed within 30 days)
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
- Additional unit-specific certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, C-EFM, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E.)
