RN Specialty Clinic - Infusion (PRN Days - Washington, MO)

Role Summary

The registered nurse utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. They coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties in line with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Perform duties consistent with mission and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and specialty certifications may be needed based on unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing and walking.
