Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a warm and compassionate home-like environment.
- Participate in recreational activities and special programs to promote socialization and increase the quality of life for each elder.
- Offer person-centered care respecting and honoring personal preferences of the people we serve.
- Contribute to a supportive environment by a team of dedicated employees.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the State of NJ.
- BSN preferred.
- Must possess current AHA CPR Certificate.
- Experience in nursing specialty of Geriatrics or Long-Term Care with Post Acute experience.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
