About the role
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of nursing activities at the facility during their shift. They must ensure adherence to State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy and Procedures, maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policies.
- Represent Administration in the absence of key nursing staff members.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
- Active RN license or current enrollment in an RN program.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care settings.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay
$45/hr - $51/hr, based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.
Schedule
Part-time (22.5+ hours/week) and Full-time positions available.
