About the role
Skyview Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Wallingford, CT. We are currently seeking RN Shift Supervisors to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
- Assist in training and development of nursing staff
Requirements
- Current RN license in CT
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements
