RN Shift Supervisor
About the role
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of nursing activities during her/his shift. Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy and Procedures, maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during her/his shift.
- Ensure adherence to State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy and Procedures.
- Maintain the highest quality of care.
- Serve as Administration’s representation in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and actively pursuing an RN license.
Qualifications
Graduates welcome. Salary range: $44.00-$62.00 per hour.
Skills
Knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations, experience in Skilled Nursing, and strong leadership skills are preferred.

$44.00-$62.00 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time (3PM-11PM Shift).
