Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care to patients by applying the nursing process, promoting evidence-based practices, and ensuring patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.Develop and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes and evaluate patient progress continuously.Document care activities accurately and demonstrate professional accountability through ongoing self-development.Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and ensure quality control.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, prioritize tasks based on patient needs, and collaborate effectively with team members.Provide patient education tailored to age, cultural, and developmental needs, ensuring safety and understanding.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and process enhancements to improve patient satisfaction and care standards. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed RN with current certification, BLS within 30 days, and a nursing diploma. Demonstrates clinical excellence, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving, and a commitment to professional growth.
