About the Role

As a Weekend RN Registered Nurse Supervisor at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, you will oversee the daily operations of our Baylor unit, which provides skilled nursing care to patients. You will supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurse aides, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, managing medical records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
• Provide mentorship and training to new staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including those of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Pay

Increased pay for 12-hour weekend shifts (Baylor).
