About the role

Weekend Supervisor (7am - 7pm, Saturday & Sunday) – 12-hour shifts with flexible timing. This is a Baylor shift: work 24 hours and get paid for 32 hours. Weekend and evening differentials apply. $2,000 sign-on bonus.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 per hour
