Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff members.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit.
Requirements
- Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut.
- One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
- COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required. Booster shots are not required. Religious and Medical Exemptions are available.
