RN Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit
Henry Ford Providence Novi, Full Time Nights 7pm-7:30am
Sign on bonus eligible: Up to $7,500 for FT Nights

Provides Leadership

Coordinates and delivers quality compassionate patient care.
Uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Delivers Care

• Provides, delegates, supervises and documents care and teaching of patients and family.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Certifications & Licenses

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
• At least 1 year ICU or 2 years stepdown experience required.
