RN (Registered Nurse) Hospice Administrator

About the role

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead their Independence hospice team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the hospice program
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Lead and support clinical and administrative staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Drive quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Manage department performance, operations, and outcomes
• Support growth and community awareness of hospice services
• Build strong communication across teams, patients, and families

Requirements

• Active Missouri or Compact RN license
• Hospice or home health leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
• Able to manage teams and drive accountability
• Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment

Pay

Range: $80,000 to $95,000
