RN - Progressive Care/Stepdown, Part Time, Nights

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit. Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments across the lifespan, including physical, psychosocial, and health history data collection.Developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, and adjusting interventions to achieve desired outcomes.Providing high-quality, appropriate care based on patient severity and needs, while coordinating activities of support staff.Identifying educational opportunities for patients and families, and documenting care accurately in records.Communicating effectively with the healthcare team and demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license; BLS certification required.Preferred: Bachelor's degree and hospital nursing experience; specialty certifications are a plus.Must demonstrate leadership, effective communication, initiative, independent judgment, and stress management skills.
