Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Stepdown, Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down unit, providing high-intensity nursing care bridging the gap between ICU and medical-surgical units. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments, gathering physical, psychosocial, and health history data.Evaluating developmental age for appropriate care and education.Formulating and implementing individualized care plans to achieve desired outcomes.Providing patient-specific care based on severity of condition.Overseeing ancillary staff activities and coordinating patient care.Identifying educational opportunities and delivering patient education.Documenting care and communicating concerns to the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program; new graduates eligible.Current Georgia RN license or multistate license; BLS certification required.Preferred: Bachelor's degree, nursing experience in hospital setting, advanced specialty certifications.Skills in leadership, effective communication, initiative, independent judgment, and stress management.
