Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Stepdown, Night Shift

Join a Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down nursing team dedicated to providing high-intensity, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing patients' physical, psychosocial, and health histories to develop and implement individualized care plans.Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, ensuring care is appropriate to disease severity and patient needs.Overseeing ancillary staff activities and providing patient/family education.Communicating effectively with team members and documenting care accurately. Qualifications Include Graduate of a nursing program with current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license.BLS certification; experience in hospital settings preferred; new graduates eligible.Bachelor's degree and advanced certifications are a plus.
