Registered Nurse - Progressive Care/Step Down Unit, Night Shift

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, maintain standards of practice, and coordinate patient care activities among staff to deliver high-quality nursing services. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.Current Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNCL multistate license required.BLS certification mandatory; additional advanced certifications relevant to specialty are a plus.
