Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, and developmental domains.
• Developing and executing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Overseeing support staff activities and ensuring quality patient care.
• Providing patient and family education tailored to developmental stage and needs.
• Documenting care activities and communicating concerns to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license with BLS certification.
• Prior hospital nursing experience preferred; Bachelor's degree and specialty certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, initiative, and judgment skills; ability to handle stressful situations.
