About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a Mother/Baby unit. The RN will support postpartum mothers and newborns, promoting family bonding and maternal health equity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mother-baby dyads
- Monitor and manage postpartum and neonatal health issues
- Support breastfeeding and maternal-infant bonding
- Educate families on postpartum recovery and newborn care
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Maryland RN license required
- American Heart Association BLS certification; NRP certification required before orientation
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Mother/Baby hospital experience
Schedule
This is a PRN night-shift role with 12-hour shifts.
