RN PRN Mother/Baby Unit

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in the Mother/Baby unit. The RN will care for postpartum mothers and newborns, supporting family bonding, maternal health, and managing postpartum complications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for mother-baby pairs
• Monitor postpartum and neonatal health
• Support breastfeeding and maternal-newborn bonding
• Educate families on postpartum care and recovery

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Maryland RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• NRP certification required prior to orientation
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience in Mother/Baby unit
